The Pantry Edit
Even our pantries need a makeover from time to time. Together we will edit the foods that are no longer serving you and swap them out for similar products made with fortifying, real food ingredients.
Want to upgrade your pantry fix?
For an additional fee, my friends at Maison Haven will join the fun with their organizing expertise and create a pantry nirvana to compliment all that gorgeous clean, nourishing food.

The Family Plan
Whether you are tired of making the same meals on rotation or concerned your loved ones aren't getting the essential nutrients they need, this family plan has you covered.
Following our meeting you will receive a curated booklet comprised of recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner (and don't forget dessert!) that will have the whole family eating a variety of nutritious foods and feeling their best!

The Adjustment
You've done the work but recently fallen out of balance or just want to take things one step at a time. I got you!
This 1:1 session serves to get you back on track and assists in creating a clear path towards making your wellness goals achievable.
Adjustment sessions are 50 minutes and can be booked on an as needed basis.

Meet: 1:1 for 50 minutes over the phone or Zoom/FaceTime.

Establishing Goals
Prior to your first session a new client health history form is completed. Here you will share your past and current nutrition and lifestyle practices, as well as identify your wellness goals.
Consultation
During your complimentary consultation, together we thoroughly discuss the information on your health history form and get clear on what you would like to get out of our sessions to determine how I can best assist you on your journey.
Making Progress
In each follow up session, we will discuss your progress, make adjustments if necessary, and I will introduce a new set of actions based on my knowledge and education, as a certified health coach.
Unlimited Support
You will receive handouts, worksheets, recipes and tips to support you along the way. Additionally, you will have unlimited email access with me throughout the duration of your program.
Curated to Your Needs
A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. In place of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches curate individualized wellness programs to meet the needs of their clients.
